Croatian Medicines Verification Organization – HOPAL, based on the HALMED’s (Croatian Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices) official list of MAHs whose medicinal products are in the scope of FMD legislation, and based on the principles that HOPAL’s Board of Directors and General Assembly published and approved for the creation of a fee model for the Croatian medicines verification system usage by MAHs, the fee for 2025 is determined in the following amount

5.000,00 EUR per marketing authorization holder.

This fee should be paid to HOPAL until the end of February 2025 by each MAH or its authorized representative registered on the above mentioned MAH list, after the conclusion of contract.
